Install Policy

Washing Machines and Dishwashers

We will –

  • Remove all packaging and transit brackets.
  • Set up and connect the appliance.
  • Make sure it's all working properly.

 

Before we deliver, you should make sure that:       

  • Your old appliance is disconnected (unless previously arranged in-store).
  • All electrical and plumbing supplies are safe, suitable for connection and within easy reach (Within 1m).
  • There is enough room for your new appliance.
  • Inform the sales staff prior to delivery of any difficulties accessing the property (stairs, tight corridors or units that will be in the installers way).
  • Adequate ventilation is available for the product.
  • Insure the floor is level/suitable for the appliance.

 

Tumble Dryers (Vented and Condenser Dryers)

We will –

  • Remove all packaging.
  • Set up and connect the appliance.
  • Make sure it's all working properly.

 

Before we deliver, you should make sure that:

  • Inform the sales staff prior to delivery of any difficulties accessing the property (stairs, tight corridors or units that will be in the installers way).
  • Adequate ventilation is available for the product.
  • Insure the floor is level/suitable for the appliance

 

Built In Products (Washing Machine, Dishwasher and Cooling Products)

We will –

  • There is enough room for your new appliance.
  • Advise sales staff if you require the doors to open left or right.
  • Do your kitchen cupboard doors match your new appliance? For example, if you're buying a fridge freezer, is the split type the same? Typically this will either be 50/50, 60/40 or 70/30
  • Check your cupboard doors in a suitable condition to attach to your new appliance?
  • Inform the sales staff prior to delivery of any difficulties accessing the property (stairs, tight corridors or units that will be in the installers way).
  • Adequate ventilation is available for the product.
  • Insure the floor is level/suitable for the appliance

 

Freestanding Electric Cookers

We will -

  • Remove all packaging and transit brackets.
  • Set up and connect the appliance.
  • Make sure it's all working properly.

  • All electrical and plumbing supplies are safe, suitable for connection and within easy reach (Within 1m).

Basic TV Installation 

We will –

  • Remove all packaging.
  • Set up and connect the appliance to existing equipment.
  • Attach the TV to the supplied stand.
  • Set up SMART features.
  • Make sure it's all working properly.

Before we deliver, you should make sure that:

  • Your old appliance is disconnected (unless previously arranged instore).
  • All electrical points are safe, suitable for connection and within easy reach (Within 1m).
  • There is enough room for your new appliance.
  • Inform the sales staff prior to delivery of any difficulties accessing the property (stairs, tight corridors or units that will be in the installers way).
  • Adequate ventilation is available for the product.
  • Have Wi-Fi passwords available.
  • Ensure the internet speed is suitable for the product.

 

 


We offer an installation service for most of the products we sell, but we won't be able to connect your new items if:      

  • Any electrical/plumbing supplies needed fail the delivery team's testing or are unsuitable. 
  • Any water supply needed cannot be isolated or is unsuitable.
  • Any drainage/waste facilities needed are unusable.
  • Mechanical adjustments are required to the item(s) to overcome such things as water pressure etc) Alterations to existing plumbing and electrical are required.
  • Location of the product is not suitable for the product.
  • Modification to cabinets/worktops to fit the new product.
